How do I restore a purchase?

Open the App’s purchase or premium area and choose Restore Purchases. Eligible App Store purchases are restored through the subscription system used by the App. Make sure you are signed into the Apple account that originally made the purchase.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Manage or cancel them from your Apple account subscription settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Why is the clicker silent?

Check your device volume and audio output, then make sure the App’s clicker sound is enabled. If you use Bluetooth headphones or a speaker, audio may be routed there instead of through the phone.

Is the whistle guaranteed to be ultrasonic?

No. Phone speakers vary, and very high frequencies may not be reproduced consistently. The whistle is intended as a trainable recall signal, not a guaranteed ultrasonic device. Start close, teach the meaning of the signal, and add distance or distractions gradually.

Why am I not getting reminders?

Confirm that notifications are allowed for the App in iOS Settings and that a reminder is enabled in the App. Focus modes and system notification settings can also affect when alerts appear.

How is progress measured?

Progress is based on sessions, minutes, streaks, program completion, and skill progress that you confirm in the App. The App does not pretend to detect your dog’s behavior using phone sensors.

Can the App help with aggression or serious behavior problems?

The App provides general reward-based education and is not a replacement for individualized professional care. For severe aggression, bite risk, major fear, sudden behavior change, suspected pain, or other safety-sensitive concerns, work directly with a qualified trainer, behavior professional, or veterinarian.

How do I report a bug?

Email augustin.dev@tutamail.com with a short description, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and your iPhone/iOS version. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain sensitive information.
